Christopher Chandler

Chris Chandler is a Deputy District Attorney with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office where he has been a prosecutor for 12 years. He has held assignments in the Economic Crimes Division, Juvenile Division, North County Division, and South County Division. Chris is presently assigned to the Insurance Fraud Division where he prosecutes auto fraud, auto insurance fraud, and complex economic auto theft cases in the Central and South County Courts. Chris is also involved in office recruitment, training, community outreach, mentorship programs, and is a member of the District Attorney’s Office Committee on Race and Equity where he works to eliminate inequalities in the criminal justice system. Chris earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. In his free time Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
